Privacy Policy

ThruFlow is designed to keep productivity records under your control.

01

Data handled by the app

ThruFlow handles the Areas, Tasks, focus sessions, breaks, notes, settings, and calculated statistics that you enter or create. This information is necessary to provide the app’s core features.

Supported signed builds can synchronize these records across devices through your private iCloud/CloudKit database. The developer cannot browse records in that private database. If iCloud is unavailable, ThruFlow stores data locally using SwiftData.

02

Collection and tracking

ThruFlow contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data-broker integrations. We do not sell personal information.

The app uses Apple system services for iCloud synchronization, local notifications, widgets, Live Activities, and App Store review requests.

03

Diagnostics and the App Store

Depending on your Apple settings and consent, Apple may provide aggregated sales and performance metrics or crash diagnostics. ThruFlow does not add a separate analytics SDK.

Diagnostics made available through the App Store are used only to investigate defects and improve release quality.

04

Support form

The support form lets you send an optional name and reply-to email address, along with your platform, topic, subject, and message. This information is used only to reply and investigate the issue, and is delivered to the developer’s mailbox through AWS services.

Form contents are not stored in a database or written to CloudWatch logs. Received email is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request. Contact support if you would like a message deleted.

05

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them or reset the app. Synchronized records can be removed from the app or through your own iCloud data controls. Copies may remain in backups according to your Apple backup settings.

The Reset App action in Settings removes synchronized Areas, Tasks, focus history, breaks, and notes. Reset is unavailable while a focus session is running.

06

Children's privacy

ThruFlow is a general productivity app and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated server.

07

Changes and contact

Material changes will be published here with an updated date. For privacy or security questions, use the private form on the Support page.
